Reveleer, a value-based care enablement platform backed by Oak HC/FT, has acquired Curation Health to expand its clinical intelligence and EHR integration capabilities. The acquisition brings Curation Health's proprietary clinical rules and deep EMR integrations (EPIC, Cerner, Athena) into Reveleer's platform to enhance point-of-care insights, risk adjustment, and quality improvement.

Reveleer (Oak HC/FT Portfolio Company) Acquires Dynamic Healthcare Systems

Reveleer, a cloud-based risk adjustment and payer analytics platform and portfolio company of Oak HC/FT, has acquired Dynamic Healthcare Systems, a Santa Ana-based HCIT SaaS provider that offers member enrollment, risk adjustment analytics, and RAPS/EDPS submission capabilities. The acquisition integrates Dynamic's suspecting/targeting, enrollment management and submission functionality into Reveleer's platform to deliver an end-to-end risk adjustment and member management solution for Medicare, Medicaid and Exchange payers; terms were not disclosed.

Inovalon Acquires VigiLanz

The acquisition expands Inovalon’s clinical surveillance and patient-safety capabilities, broadens its customer base, and increases its addressable market in provider and life sciences offerings.

Reveal Acquires NexLP

Reveal Data Corporation has acquired NexLP, an AI-driven eDiscovery software provider, and will integrate NexLP's Story Engine AI and data science team into Reveal's review platform. Jay Leib, NexLP co-founder and CEO, joins Reveal as EVP of Innovation & Strategy; terms were not disclosed and Reveal — which is majority-owned by Gallant Capital Partners — worked with Houlihan Lokey and Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth on the transaction.

Questel Acquires NovumIP (Novagraaf and PAVIS)

Questel has signed an agreement to acquire NovumIP, the group formed by European IP services leaders Novagraaf and PAVIS, to expand its IP management and renewals capabilities. The deal is being financed by investors including Eurazeo Capital, IK Investment Partners and RAISE Investissement, with Paragon Fund III (an affiliate of NovumIP’s majority shareholder) participating as a financial investor in Questel.
