The deal brings Candidate.ID’s lead scoring and automated omni-channel candidate engagement tools into iCIMS’ platform to help customers better target, qualify and re‑engage talent at scale.

iCIMS Acquires Altru Labs

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight
