Equine Network Acquires Horse Radio Network

The deal expands Equine Network’s podcast footprint (more than 30 podcasts combined) and gives smaller podcasters access to larger advertiser relationships and wider audience distribution.

Gemini Investors Recapitalizes American Standard Circuits and Acquires The Cable Company

Gemini Investors completed two investments: a recapitalization of American Standard Circuits (a U.S.-based printed circuit board designer and manufacturer) alongside management, and the acquisition of The Cable Company (a specialty online retailer of high-end audio/video cables). Gemini will partner with ASC's management to support the company's manufacturing operations across defense, aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial end markets and will operate The Cable Company as a consumer-facing e-commerce business serving audiophiles.

iHeartMedia Acquires Voxnest

Government Executive Media Group Acquires City & State New York

Government Executive Media Group (GEMG) has acquired City & State New York (CSNY) with financial support from private equity firm Growth Catalyst Partners; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition supports GEMG's state and local growth strategy and will keep CSNY based in New York with founder Tom Allon serving as Publisher and General Manager as GEMG expands the CSNY model into other states and major cities.
