Graphene & Solar Technologies, Ltd. (GSTX) acquired Air-To-Water, LLC, a Nevada-based developer of atmospheric water-extraction technology. GSTX plans to manufacture the proprietary solid‑state units in the U.S.; single units produce about 13–20 gallons per day, are expected to sell for $5,000–$8,000, and have an anticipated lifespan of over 10 years.

Chart Industries (NASDAQ: GTLS) completed the acquisition of BlueInGreen, LLC, a water cleantech company specializing in dissolved-gas solutions for water treatment, for $20 million in cash plus a potential earn-out. The purchase expands Chart’s water-treatment and service capabilities by combining Chart’s cryogenic and gas delivery equipment with BlueInGreen’s gas-dissolution technology and TaaS/service offerings to serve municipal and industrial end markets.
