Flotilla Partners, an Osceola Capital portfolio company, has acquired Water Treatment Technologies of Florida (WTT), a provider of residential and commercial water treatment services founded in 2004 and headquartered near Orlando, FL. The deal — Flotilla's eighth since the platform launched in January 2023 — expands Flotilla's presence and density across key Florida markets including Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville.

Water Engineering (Nolan Capital Portfolio) Acquires American Water Treatment, Inc.

The acquisition adds American Water’s ~900-customer, multi-state footprint to the WEI platform as an add-on to expand geographic coverage and service capabilities while retaining the existing team and legacy brand.

Graphene & Solar Technologies Acquires Air-To-Water, LLC

Graphene & Solar Technologies, Ltd. (GSTX) acquired Air-To-Water, LLC, a Nevada-based developer of atmospheric water-extraction technology. GSTX plans to manufacture the proprietary solid‑state units in the U.S.; single units produce about 13–20 gallons per day, are expected to sell for $5,000–$8,000, and have an anticipated lifespan of over 10 years.

Groundworks Acquires AquaGuard Foundation Solutions

Virginia Beach-based Groundworks, a Cortec Group-backed foundation services platform, acquired Atlanta-headquartered AquaGuard Foundation Solutions on December 10, 2020. The add-on strengthens Groundworks' presence in the Southeast and expands its residential waterproofing and foundation repair capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Cortec Group, through its affiliate Cortec Fund VII, completed a growth recapitalization of Groundworks, partnering with founder Matt Malone and the company’s management team to support accelerated organic growth and acquisitive expansion. Groundworks, a Virginia Beach–based vertically integrated foundation services platform operating under multiple local brands across 22 states, will use the capital to continue consolidating the foundation services industry.
