Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC (GWTT), an Ember-backed environmental services platform headquartered in Wharton, New Jersey, has acquired Carbonworks USA, LLC, an Atlantic Beach, Florida provider of water treatment equipment, filtration media and related services. The acquisition gives GWTT an immediate presence in Florida to support southeastern U.S. expansion, strengthens its Mid‑Atlantic footprint via Carbonworks' Virginia operations, and expands GWTT's ability to deliver larger and more complex water treatment and remediation projects.
