MKB Company, a portfolio platform of Align Capital Partners, completed the add-on acquisition of Silt Saver, Inc., a Covington, Georgia–based maker of inlet protection and silt fence products. The deal expands MKB’s high-performance sediment control product lineup and extends Silt Saver’s technologies to MKB’s national distribution footprint as part of MKB’s growth strategy under ACP ownership.

White Cap Acquires Site Supply, Inc.
