BBG, a national commercial real estate valuation firm headquartered in Dallas, has acquired Columbus-based VSI Appraisal Group. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands BBG's affordable housing appraisal capabilities and establishes a second Columbus office led by David Ross, Jr., who joined as Managing Director along with seven VSI professionals.

SDG’s Image Mate Online and supporting services will be integrated into Schneider’s parcel management SaaS portfolio, expanding its GovTech capabilities and adding over 1,000 local-government clients across 34 states; the deal is the fourth add-on since Align’s 2022 investment in Schneider.
