Prometheus Group Acquires WorkTech

Prometheus Group, a Raleigh-based provider of asset management and optimization software, has acquired WorkTech, a Cambridge, Massachusetts provider of contractor management and workforce productivity software. The acquisition will integrate WorkTech's contractor tracking, approvals and payment capabilities into Prometheus's STO and EAM platform to improve shutdown/turnaround planning and contractor cost visibility.

Prometheus Group has acquired Actenum Corporation to integrate Actenum’s AI-powered Decision Support and Optimization scheduling technology into Prometheus’s enterprise asset management platform. The acquisition, which adds advanced AI scheduling and scenario-planning capabilities for asset-intensive industries, is intended to expand Prometheus’s operational AI capabilities across oil & gas, utilities, mining, and manufacturing; financial terms were not disclosed.

Prometheus Group Acquires Ventureforth

Prometheus Group, a Raleigh-based provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) software, has acquired Ventureforth, an Atlanta-based Oracle partner that builds cloud-based mobile apps and solutions for asset maintenance, supply chain and work management. The acquisition expands Prometheus's mobile and cloud capabilities for Oracle EAM/SCM customers and is the sixth add-on made by Prometheus since its 2019 acquisition by Genstar Capital; financial terms were not disclosed.

Profitero’s products, technology and ~300 employees will be integrated into Publicis’ commerce, retail media and data capabilities to expand the Groupe’s commerce intelligence and activation offerings.

Harness Acquires Propelo

Harness has acquired Propelo, an engineering productivity and insights platform, and integrated it as the new Harness Software Engineering Insights module to expand observability across the software delivery lifecycle. The acquisition brings Propelo's tooling and customer base (including Broadcom, CDK Global and others) into Harness's end-to-end software delivery platform to help enterprises measure and optimize developer productivity and SDLC bottlenecks.
