Enservco Corporation (NYSE American: ENSV) has acquired all of the assets of Rapid Hot in an all-stock transaction valued at $1,057,500. Rapid Hot, headquartered in Washington, Pennsylvania, provides frac water heating services across the Appalachian Basin; the acquisition strengthens Enservco's position in the Marcellus shale and brings Rapid Hot president/CFO Mike Lade into Enservco as chief of staff. Enservco also closed a $1,625,000 convertible debt financing that included participation from Rapid Hot lead investors, an Enservco board member and Cross River Partners.

Enerplus Corporation Acquires Bruin E&P HoldCo, LLC for $465M

Enerplus Corporation agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Bruin E&P HoldCo, LLC for US$465 million to expand its Williston Basin position. The acquisition adds ~24,000 BOE/d of production and 151,000 net acres (including 30,000 contiguous acres), and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted funds flow and free cash flow while improving Enerplus' drilling inventory and scale in the Bakken/Williston Basin.

The transactions expand Enservco’s energy logistics capabilities, diversify its services into hot‑shot trucking and freight for the oil & gas sector, and help strengthen the company’s financial position as it seeks to regain NYSE American listing compliance.

Herc Holdings Acquires H&E Equipment Services

Herc Holdings Inc. acquired H&E Equipment Services in a transaction valued at $5.3 billion (including $1.5 billion of assumed debt), after outbidding United Rentals during a go-shop period. Under the terms, H&E shareholders received $78.75 in cash and 0.1287 shares of Herc common stock per share (approximately $104.89 per share based on Herc VWAP), H&E shares ceased trading on NASDAQ, and the combined company expands Herc's footprint, fleet and scale across North America.

Vår Energi Acquires ExxonMobil's Upstream Assets in Norway

Vår Energi has completed the acquisition of ExxonMobil's Norway upstream assets for a cash consideration of roughly USD 4.5 billion, a deal that effectively doubled the company's production on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The portfolio adds interests in more than 20 producing fields (about 150,000 boepd additional), increases reserves to ~1,900 million boe and transfers some ~33–50 ExxonMobil employees to Vår Energi, reinforcing the company's position as the second-largest operator on the NCS.
