CenterOak Partners-backed Service Champions has acquired three Southern California home‑services businesses — Adeedo!, JW Plumbing Heating & Air and A‑Avis Home Services — expanding the platform's footprint in Los Angeles and Riverside. The transactions are add‑on acquisitions to Service Champions' platform and will be followed by investments in facilities, IT and technician training to support continued growth.

Southern Home Services Acquires Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Southern Home Services has acquired Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioning, a Houston-based provider of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. The deal expands Southern Home Services' Texas footprint (its fourth Texas location) and will keep Nick's brand and local operations intact while integrating the business into Southern's residential trade services network.

Goettl Home Services Acquires Dayton Services and Dynamic Air Services

Goettl Home Services, a portfolio company of Baum Capital Partners, completed the acquisitions of Dayton A/C & Heating LLC dba Dayton Services and Dynamic Air Services, Inc., expanding its footprint into the Austin–San Antonio metroplex in Texas and Orange County, California. Both targets are small, founder-led residential HVAC and plumbing service providers that will operate as add-ons to Goettl's platform to support geographic expansion and scale operations.

ENSERVCO Acquires Adler Hot Oil Service, LLC for $12.5M

ENSERVCO Corporation acquired all outstanding ownership interests of Adler Hot Oil Service, LLC for $12.5 million, with a combination of cash, a seller note, indemnity holdback and an earn-out. The acquisition expands ENSERVCO's frac water heating and hot oiling capabilities and geographic footprint (Bakken, DJ Basin, Green River, Marcellus/Utica) and is expected to be accretive to earnings and improve pro forma debt-to-EBITDA.
