Entrata Acquires Rent Dynamics

Entrata, a multifamily property management operating system, acquired 100% of the equity in Rent Dynamics to integrate RentPlus rent-reporting and resident financial tools into Entrata’s platform. The deal expands Entrata’s resident services capabilities to help renters build credit and provides additional retention and revenue tools for property managers; financial terms were not disclosed.

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

iCapital Network has agreed to acquire the assets of AI Insight, Inc., an education and compliance platform that provides fund-specific research, training and credentialing for financial advisors focused on alternative investments. As part of the transaction, AI Insight’s executives Sherri Cooke and Jennifer Simon and eight additional employees are expected to join iCapital to integrate AI Insight’s learning management system into iCapital’s advisor-facing alternative investment platform.

Cobalt Service Partners Acquires Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin

Cobalt Service Partners, a commercial access solutions platform backed by Alpine Investors, acquired Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin (AEW), a leading automatic door installation and service provider based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Founder Bill Holcomb retired as part of the transaction while long-time partner Jay Walt will remain with the business; the deal is an add-on to Cobalt's platform (its ninth acquisition since December 2023).

Gainsight Acquires Staircase AI

Gainsight has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Staircase AI, a Los Angeles- and Tel Aviv–based provider of AI-driven conversation and customer intelligence. The acquisition adds Staircase AI as a distinct offering within Gainsight’s AI portfolio to accelerate Gainsight’s human-first AI capabilities for customer success and expand automated, omni-channel relationship intelligence for enterprise customers.
