Flex Technology Group Acquires Standard Office Systems of Atlanta

Flex Technology Group (FTG), with backing from multi-family office Oval Partners, has acquired Standard Office Systems of Atlanta (SOS). SOS will become a platform company to anchor FTG's expansion into the Southeast; Bryan Ammons and the existing SOS leadership will remain as equity holders and continue to run the business.

Inhance Technologies Acquires Fluor Technik System GmbH

Inhance Technologies, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Fluor Technik System GmbH (FTS), a Lauterbach-based provider of post-mold fluorination and plastic surface modification solutions. The acquisition gives Inhance a strategic European presence and expands its fluorination capabilities to better serve customers across medical devices, consumer products, automotive and other end markets.

Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. under a court-approved plan of arrangement, with closing announced December 20, 2024. The deal, which used a mix of cash and FTG shares as consideration (subject to pro-ration and caps), expands FTG's presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket and adds FLYHT's SATCOM hardware and data/analytics capabilities to FTG's portfolio.

Flex Acquires Crown Technical Systems

Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX) completed its $325 million all-cash acquisition of Crown Technical Systems, a designer and manufacturer of power distribution and protection systems. The deal expands Flex’s critical power portfolio into utility power and modular data center markets and adds an expected ~$120 million revenue business to its Industrial Business unit.
