Inspire Aesthetics, a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company, has added Epstein & Bared, a two-surgeon Miami practice specializing in hair restoration and the Women’s Center for Hair Loss, expanding Inspire’s clinical capabilities into hair restoration. The transaction is an add-on to Inspire’s national plastic surgery and aesthetic platform and was supported by legal and financial advisors on both sides.
