SageWater, a portfolio company backed by Boyne Capital and Grindstone Partners, has acquired AMA Repiping, LLC, a Phoenix-based provider of repipe and plumbing services for the multifamily residential market. The add-on expands SageWater’s geographic footprint into the Southwestern U.S. and will integrate AMA as SageWater’s Southwest Division, enabling broader service offerings including SageWater’s PipeTEST forensic solutions and design-build capabilities.

Boyne Capital Acquires McKee Utility Contractors

Boyne Capital (through an affiliate) has partnered with McKee Utility Contractors' management and founding family in a platform investment to acquire McKee Utility Contractors, a water and sewer pipeline and utility infrastructure services provider. The investment will support McKee's growth across municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas and help the company capitalize on increased public water/sewer infrastructure spending.

Boyne Capital Invests in McNish, LLC; Capitala Group Provides Financing

Boyne Capital has made a platform equity investment in McNish, LLC, the Aurora, Illinois-based designer and manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment (which operates the Walker Process Equipment, Amwell, and E&I Corporation brands). Capitala Group led a senior debt financing package and provided a minority equity co-investment to support the transaction and McNish's growth in the municipal water and wastewater market.

Blue Sage Capital Invests in Geo-Solutions, Inc.

Austin-based private equity firm Blue Sage Capital has completed a majority investment/recapitalization in Geo-Solutions, Inc., a New Kensington, Pennsylvania geotechnical and environmental remediation services provider. Blue Sage will partner with Geo-Solutions' management to expand geographic footprint, extend service lines, pursue strategic acquisitions and reinvest in the business.

CID Capital Recapitalizes Wiseway

Indianapolis-based private equity firm CID Capital has partnered with Wiseway (a Florence, Kentucky-based distributor of electrical, plumbing, and lighting supplies) in a recapitalization to support the company’s next phase of growth. Reinsurance Group of America provided financing for the transaction; Wiseway’s president John Cain will continue to partner with CID and the company will implement a formal board to drive growth and profitability.

Golden Gate Capital Recapitalizes Virginia Green
