Capital Rx has acquired Amino Health and will integrate its AI-driven care navigation platform as Judi Care, expanding Capital Rx's Judi enterprise health platform capabilities across its portfolio (reaching nearly 60 million covered lives). Amino Health CEO John Asalone will join Capital Rx as Executive Vice President of Judi Care as the company rolls out provider search, appointment booking, cost estimates, and prescription routing within the Judi suite.
