Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire A.L. DEL-PIN A/S, a Danish general rental company with nine depots, over 60 employees and nearly DKK 100 million in annual revenue. Innovien Solutions, a woman-owned technology services firm headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired The Denzel Group, a Pennsylvania-based IT recruiting and consulting firm founded in 2006. The deal brings The Denzel Group's Northeast client relationships and talent-delivery capabilities onto Innovien's national platform, strengthening Innovien's Northeast presence and accelerating its expansion into federal and healthcare services.

Delmas Investissements & Participations Acquires Majority Stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone

Delmas Investissements & Participations, a French family investment group, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone Partners Europe. Acces Industrie is an independent rental specialist of mobile aerial work platforms and handling equipment that grew to ~650 employees and €140m revenue under Equistone; Delmas says it will consolidate the group's regional roots and pursue national and international development.
