Simplicity Group Acquires Hancock Brokerage

Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of Hancock Brokerage, a Metairie, Louisiana-based life insurance brokerage led by Susan Cimini, who becomes a Simplicity partner. The deal brings Hancock's life insurance, annuity and life-settlement capabilities onto Simplicity's platform and is intended to expand the firm's product offering and distribution resources for advisors and agents.
