Nordic private equity firm Axcel has agreed to acquire itm8, a leading Danish managed IT services provider, from Hg. itm8 employs more than 1,100 IT experts and serves over 4,200 customers across cloud services, digital transformation, application services and cyber security; terms were not disclosed.

KKR Acquires Remaining 37% of Global Atlantic

KKR & Co. Inc. has closed its previously announced transaction to acquire the remaining 37% of The Global Atlantic Financial Group, bringing its ownership to 100%. Global Atlantic will remain led by its existing management team and operate under the Global Atlantic brand as a wholly‑owned subsidiary of KKR, enabling closer collaboration to realize identified synergies and expand capabilities across insurance and investment solutions.

Renew Holdings plc has acquired Full Circle Group Holding B.V. for a total cash consideration of €60.0m (£50.5m), funded from the Group’s cash resources and banking facilities. Full Circle, headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, is a specialist provider of onshore wind turbine repair, maintenance and monitoring services across Europe (c.€25.8m revenue in FY2023, c.160 technicians); the business was predominantly owned by AtlasInvest Holding prior to the sale.
