Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited has completed the acquisition of ARTMS Inc., a Burnaby, British Columbia-based developer of cyclotron-based isotope production technology and the QUANTM Irradiation System (QIS). The deal strengthens Telix's vertical integration and supply-chain control for key diagnostic and therapeutic radioisotopes (including 89Zr, 68Ga, 99mTc and 64Cu) to support its commercial products and pipeline.

Blue Wolf Capital to Acquire CIVCO Radiotherapy from Roper Technologies

Blue Wolf Capital Partners has agreed to acquire CIVCO Radiotherapy, a maker of radiotherapy patient positioning and immobilization equipment, from Roper Technologies. CIVCO Radiotherapy, headquartered in Iowa with ~115 employees and serving hospitals and cancer centers globally, will be led by Nat Geissel as CEO following close; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close by year-end.

Radon Medical Imaging Acquires Tristate Biomedical Solutions

Radon Medical Imaging has acquired Tristate Biomedical Solutions (TBS), a Franklin, Ohio-based provider of new, used and refurbished imaging and biomedical equipment with strengths in C-Arms and X-Ray systems. The add-on deal expands Radon's biomedical and C-Arm capabilities and extends its geographic footprint across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Louisiana; Tristate founder Tyler Thornberry will join Radon's leadership and remain a shareholder.

EQT Infrastructure Acquires Meine Radiologie and Blikk to Create German Radiology Platform

EQT Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Meine Radiologie Holding GmbH from Triton and Blikk Holding GmbH from DBAG Fund VII to combine the two radiology and radiotherapy groups into a leading, tech-enabled diagnostic imaging platform in Germany. The combined group will operate more than 65 locations and employ over 1,300 people; DBAG will remain a minority shareholder in the combined group and terms were not disclosed.
