Krystal Growth Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Storm Guard Water Treatment

Krystal Growth Partners has acquired a majority interest in Storm Guard Water Treatment Inc., a Richmond, British Columbia–based provider of dewatering, water extraction and water treatment services for construction sites. The investment, made in partnership with founder Cliff Oleksiew and executed through an SG Acquisition limited partnership, will support Storm Guard's next phase of growth and capability expansion.
