IHI Power Services Corp. (IPSC) has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Kyuden International Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiary Kyuden International Americas, Inc., pending customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The combination is intended to expand IPSC’s U.S. operations and maintenance, asset management, and technical/compliance capabilities and accelerate Kyuden’s first O&M-focused investment in the United States.
