Platinum Equity Acquires Sunrise Medical from Nordic Capital

SRS Distribution Acquires Sunniland Corporation

SRS Distribution Inc., a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners, has acquired Sunniland Corporation, a long-established distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and landscape fertilizers headquartered in Sanford, Florida. Sunniland will continue to operate under its existing brand with Tom Moore and the current leadership team remaining in place; the deal expands SRS's branch network and presence in the Florida/Southeast market.

Kamps, Inc. Acquires L&R Pallet Service, Inc.

Kamps, Inc., a national pallet solutions provider, has acquired Denver-based L&R Pallet Service, Inc. SDR Ventures served as exclusive sell-side advisor and the sellers were James and Carine Ruder. The acquisition expands Kamps' footprint in the Colorado market and brings L&R's pallet manufacturing and recycling capabilities into Kamps' national network.

Platinum Equity Acquires Healthcare Distributor NDC From Court Square Capital Partners

NDC, which offers roughly 53,000 SKUs from more than 400 manufacturers and serves primary care, acute care, dental, long-term care and homecare end markets, will continue to be led by CEO Mark Seitz under Platinum's ownership as the firm seeks to grow the platform organically and via additional partnerships or M&A.
