1847 Holdings Acquires Wolo Manufacturing Corp.

1847 Holdings LLC (OTCQB: EFSH) has completed the acquisition of Wolo Manufacturing Corp. and Wolo Industrial Horn & Signal, Inc., a long-running U.S. maker and distributor of vehicle horns and warning lights. 1847 says Wolo — founded in 1965 and holding dozens of patents — will pursue domestic and international growth opportunities across marine, motorcycle and big-box retail channels.
