Quad-C Management has acquired a majority stake in Synoptek in a recapitalization of the IT services and systems integrator. Sverica Capital Management will retain a minority position; the investment is intended to support Synoptek's organic growth and further M&A expansion. Canaccord Genuity served as financial advisor to Synoptek and Sverica.

HCLSoftware Acquires Zeenea

West Street Infrastructure Partners III Acquires Synagro Technologies from EQT Infrastructure

West Street Infrastructure Partners III, an infrastructure fund managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, has agreed to acquire Synagro Technologies, Inc., the largest provider of wastewater biosolids solutions in North America, from EQT Infrastructure II. The transaction, expected to close in December 2020, transfers a platform that manages over 14 million tons of biosolids annually across 24 facilities and serves roughly 1,000 municipal and industrial customers across 35 states.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires SYNEO

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, acquired a controlling stake in SYNEO from Rockwood Equity Partners. SYNEO is a vertically-integrated machine, tooling and services company serving the interventional medical device and specialty press-fit PCB markets, with manufacturing facilities in West Palm Beach, Florida and Angleton, Texas and forward-deployed sales/service offices in Europe and Asia.

QAD Acquires Phenix Software Inc.

QAD Inc. has closed the acquisition of Phenix Software Inc., integrating Phenix's cloud-based production scheduling solution into its product suite as QAD Advanced Scheduling.
