TriMas Corporation Acquires GMT Aerospace (GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH Aerospace Business)

TriMas Corporation has completed the acquisition of the aerospace business of GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH (now operating as GMT Aerospace). GMT Aerospace, based in Germany, manufactures tie-rods and rubber-metal anti-vibration systems for commercial and military aerospace customers and generated about €22 million in fiscal 2024; the deal expands TriMas Aerospace's manufacturing footprint in Europe and strengthens relationships with European OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Graycliff Partners Acquires Gold Tech Industries

Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM) acquired P3 Technologies, a Jupiter, Florida-based custom turbomachinery engineering and manufacturing business, in a stock-and-cash bolt-on transaction to expand its turbomachinery capabilities and proprietary technology. P3 generated approximately $6.0 million of revenue in fiscal 2023 and brings patented technologies (MCD and SCAMP) and an $8 million backlog; the stock portion of the purchase price is valued at $2.0 million (stock priced using a $15.92 average).

Graham Corporation Acquires FlackTek to Add Advanced Materials Processing Platform

Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM) acquired 100% of FlackTek Manufacturing, LLC and FlackTek Sales, LLC for a $35 million base purchase price (85% cash, 15% stock via 75,818 shares) plus up to $25 million of performance‑based earnouts. The acquisition adds advanced materials processing as a third core platform for Graham and keeps FlackTek headquartered in Louisville, Colorado (satellite in Greenville, South Carolina) as a wholly owned subsidiary; FlackTek reported approximately $30 million in annualized revenue.
