As part of the investment, PSG Senior Advisor Brian Kelly will join Core Sound Imaging as Executive Chairman.

HCAP Partners' IDS Acquires Core Analytics Lab & Radiology

The deal expands IDS' footprint into Northern California, adds in-house mobile laboratory diagnostics to its bundled service offering for skilled nursing, long-term care, and home health providers, and increases statewide route density and service integration.

The financing round included participation from HCAP Partners, Southfield Mezzanine, and California Bank & Trust and is intended to expand IDS’ in‑house lab capabilities, improve route density, and increase responsiveness to patients in post‑acute settings.

AD Solutions Acquires Core Imaging USA

Altus Capital Partners Acquires Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC

Altus Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on middle-market manufacturing, has acquired Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC, a Suwanee, Georgia manufacturer of non-destructive testing (NDT) X-ray and CT systems and related inspection services. The acquisition is a new platform investment for Altus; Pinnacle's management will remain in place and financial terms were not disclosed.

Experity Acquires OnePACS
