Freeman Spogli & Co. and LightBay Capital, alongside Infinity management, have acquired Infinity Home Services from North Branch Capital, with North Branch remaining a significant shareholder. The recapitalization will support Infinity’s acquisitive growth strategy, expanding its platform capabilities and accelerating organic and add-on expansion across multiple U.S. regions. The transaction closed December 28, 2022.

Dura Software Acquires Infinity Software Holdings Ltd

Dura Software, a San Antonio-based acquirer of hyper-niche software companies, has completed the acquisition of Infinity Software Holdings Ltd, a UK provider of interaction management software for contact center environments. The deal, Dura's 15th acquisition, will fold Infinity into its contact-center-focused portfolio with DVSAnalytics (a Dura portfolio company) leading the Infinity team to drive synergies and expand capabilities.

ISCO Industries Acquires Infinity Plastics

ISCO Industries, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Infinity Plastics, a Mayville, Wisconsin manufacturer of fabricated HDPE piping products. The asset purchase expands ISCO's U.S. footprint and manufacturing capacity, adding a strategic production location to support increased customer demand across multiple piping end markets.

Accenture Acquires Infinity Works

Accenture has acquired UK-based cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the United Kingdom. Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

New State Capital Partners Acquires Agility Recovery Services

New State Capital Partners has acquired Agility Recovery Services as an add-on to its AFIMAC business continuity platform. Agility, headquartered in Atlanta, provides subscription-based business continuity and disaster recovery services (backup power, temporary office space, network connectivity and mission-critical equipment); terms were not disclosed and Mark San Fratello was named CEO.

DGS Retail (Agility Retail) Acquires SMS Display Group

The transaction supports DGS's rebranding to Agility Retail Group and expands its manufacturing and service capabilities across off-price retail, home improvement and other store channels; terms were not disclosed.
