The add-on deal — Banner's fourth under High Road's ownership — expands Banner's geographic footprint (distribution centers in Anaheim and Orlando) and enhances its capabilities in the multi-family and residential markets; the transaction closed May 31, 2019 with financing provided by Monroe Capital.
