NielsenIQ Acquires Cornerstone Capabilities

NielsenIQ has acquired Cornerstone Capabilities, a SaaS provider of revenue management optimization for consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients whose AI-driven Curve platform optimizes regular and promotion pricing. NielsenIQ will integrate Cornerstone’s Curve with its Connect platform and data assets to build an end-to-end price and promotion revenue management solution and expand its analytics capabilities globally.

BigCommerce Acquires Feedonomics

BigCommerce acquired the assets of Feedonomics in an asset purchase transaction to integrate Feedonomics' product feed optimization and syndication capabilities into BigCommerce's Open SaaS ecommerce platform. The deal is structured for up to approximately $145 million (about $80 million cash at closing plus up to two anniversary/milestone payments of $32.5 million each), and is intended to expand BigCommerce's omnichannel commerce capabilities and marketplace/advertising channel integrations.
