GE Digital Acquires Meridium, Inc.

The acquisition (inclusive of GE’s prior 26% stake) was executed at an enterprise value of $495 million to integrate Meridium’s APM capabilities into GE’s Predix platform and accelerate GE Digital’s industrial analytics and reliability offerings.

Ideagen Acquires DevonWay

Ideagen plc has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DevonWay, a provider of compliance and operations management software serving energy, utilities, advanced manufacturing, nuclear power and US national laboratories. The acquisition will expand Ideagen’s solutions for regulated and high‑compliance industries and support DevonWay’s global growth; the deal was expected to close on 29 September 2023 and is subject to customary US regulatory review.

Veritas Acquires Aptare for Storage Analytics

Veritas Technologies acquired Aptare, a Campbell, California–based storage analytics vendor, to boost Veritas's storage monitoring and predictive analytics capabilities and integrate Aptare features into NetBackup and other data protection products. The acquisition (price undisclosed) brings the Aptare team into Veritas and retains the Aptare brand as a stand-alone offering while enabling deeper integration across Veritas products and cloud/on‑prem data sources.
