Godspeed Capital Management LP has made a strategic growth investment in NextPoint Group (NPG), a Herndon, Virginia-based provider of AI-powered software, cloud modernization, and mission-critical network capabilities for the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. Financial terms were not disclosed; NPG CEO Ron Kattas and other management will retain meaningful ownership while Godspeed partners to build NPG into a mission-technology platform and expand its offerings.

Francisco Partners to Acquire Forcepoint from Raytheon Technologies
