The acquisition adds frontline workforce productivity, engagement and compliance capabilities to QAD's Adaptive Applications suite and is intended to accelerate growth and global rollout of Redzone's solution to QAD customers.

Nasdaq, Inc. has acquired Adenza — the combined Calypso and AxiomSL business — from Thoma Bravo for $10.5 billion in cash and stock, expanding Nasdaq's risk, regulatory and capital markets software capabilities. The acquisition strengthens Nasdaq's Financial Technology offerings, adds a high-margin recurring revenue business (approx. $590M 2023E revenue) and is expected to deliver meaningful cost and revenue synergies.
