Action Industries, a portfolio company of Kaulig Capital, has acquired A‑Tech Suburban Inc., a wholesale distributor of products and accessories for overhead garage doors and openers. The acquisition adds A‑Tech’s Palmer, Pennsylvania headquarters and distribution centers in St. Louis, MO and Sparks, NV to Action’s network, expanding its national distribution footprint and enhancing logistics and fulfillment capabilities.
