CivicPlus Acquires Optimere (ArchiveSocial, Monsido, NextRequest)

CivicPlus has agreed to acquire Optimere, the combined business behind ArchiveSocial, Monsido, and NextRequest, to integrate digital compliance, accessibility, and records-management capabilities into its Civic Experience Platform. Insight Partners will support the transaction with additional equity and certain Optimere shareholders (including Level Equity) will become investors in CivicPlus; Optimere serves over 6,000 customers and had crossed roughly $30M ARR prior to the deal.

Banyan Software Acquires Next Chapter Technology

Cherry Tree advised the shareholders on the 100% sale; Banyan intends to invest in and grow Next Chapter's product and expand its reach beyond Minnesota.

Granicus Acquires GovQA
