Pluralsight, backed by Vista Equity Partners, acquired A Cloud Guru (ACG), a leading cloud skills development and hands-on learning platform, to create an all-in-one solution for cloud skill development across enterprise and individual customers. The deal, announced in June 2021 and closed July 8, 2021, combines ACG's certification courses, labs and sandboxes with Pluralsight Skills to expand Pluralsight's cloud capabilities and better serve large enterprise customers.

Rock Solid Technology Acquires PrimeGov

Rock Solid Technology, a SaaS provider of citizen engagement solutions, has acquired PrimeGov, a provider of virtual public meeting participation and agenda/legislative management software. The deal brings PrimeGov's capabilities and customers (over 180 local government agencies) into Rock Solid's platform and names PrimeGov Executive Chairman Tom Spengler as CEO of the combined company.

GitKraken Acquires CodeSee

GitKraken Acquires GitLens

Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Everstone Capital Partners Acquire Cprime from ALTEN Group

Skillsoft Acquires Pluma

Skillsoft Corp. announced it has acquired Pluma, Inc., a digital executive-quality coaching platform, for approximately $22 million in cash. The purchase expands Skillsoft’s leadership development offerings by adding personalized coaching delivered via Pluma’s scalable SaaS platform and integrating it into Skillsoft’s Percipio learning platform.
