DRB Systems, LLC Acquires Washify Services, LLC

DRB Systems, a New Mountain Capital–backed provider of car-wash software and hardware, has acquired Washify, a West Roxbury, Massachusetts–based provider of point-of-sale and marketing software for car washes. The deal — an add-on to DRB’s car-wash technology platform — was completed from Washify founder Adam Korngold and private equity owner Ambina Partners to expand DRB’s POS and subscription product capabilities for car wash operators.

Beacon EmbeddedWorks, a discoverIE Group company, has acquired Diamond Technologies, Inc. (DTI), a Hudson, Massachusetts-based provider of customized data-collection, automation, and industrial communications solutions. DTI will continue to operate under its brand from Hudson and will join Beacon's US-based embedded technology cluster to expand Beacon's embedded product portfolio and data-capture capabilities for regulated and industrial customers.
