The deal brings Beyond Definition’s team and capabilities in research, brand strategy, design and digital into Yes&, with Beyond Definition’s Founder & CEO Debbie Bates-Schrott and President Mark Devito joining the Yes& executive team; Clare Advisors advised Beyond Definition and TobinLeff advised Yes& on the transaction.
