Montagu Private Equity has agreed to acquire a majority position in ITRS Group from TA Associates, which will remain a minority shareholder alongside Montagu and ITRS management. ITRS, a London-headquartered provider of real-time monitoring and analytics software with more than 3,000 clients globally, will partner with Montagu to accelerate growth and expand its product and market footprint.

RMR Mortgage Trust completed its merger with Tremont Mortgage Trust; the combined company has been renamed Seven Hills Realty Trust and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SEVN on October 1, 2021. The merged REIT (managed by Tremont Realty Capital) expects to expand its portfolio to nearly $1 billion when fully invested, enhancing scale, diversification and access to capital markets while continuing to focus on middle-market commercial mortgage lending.

Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired BTR Capital Management, Inc., an Oakland-based independent RIA that manages more than $1 billion in client assets. The acquisition expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s presence in Northern California (bringing WEG to nine offices in the region) and adds BTR’s team of nine advisors and five support staff to WEG’s platform.
