Pete & Pete Container Services Acquires Boyas Excavating

Pete & Pete Container Services, Inc. has acquired Boyas Excavating, Inc., the largest privately held construction and demolition (C&D) landfill in Northeast Ohio. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company advised Pete & Pete on the transaction and financing was provided by Comerica Bank, Huntington Bank, and Ironwood Capital; terms were not disclosed. The deal creates a vertically integrated C&D platform serving Northeast Ohio.
