Kinderhook Industries acquired Paramount Specialty Pharmacy (Melville, NY) and PharmBlue Holdings (Warrendale, PA) and combined them with prior Covered Entity-focused pharmacy investments to form the consolidated platform Avita. The combined company positions Avita as a nationwide provider of Covered Entity pharmacy solutions with a portfolio of roughly 63 pharmacies and a Dallas, Texas headquarters to serve Ryan White/STD grantees, AIDS service organizations, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
