The acquisition integrates OmniPark’s enforcement technology with FLASH’s payment and parking platform to create a fully digital, enforceable parking solution for ungated and gated surface lots and expand FLASH’s product capabilities for municipalities, airports, universities and private operators.

FLASH Acquires Ballparc

FLASH, the cloud parking software provider headquartered in Austin, Texas, has acquired Ballparc, a Nashville-based developer of event parking revenue control and enforcement systems. The deal brings Ballparc's event parking and enforcement products into FLASH's cloud parking and mobility platform, expanding FLASH's product portfolio and capabilities for sports, entertainment, municipal and campus parking operators.

FlashParking Merges with Arrive Mobility

The combined company will provide integrated B2B and B2C parking and mobility solutions—covering wayfinding, reservations, digital payments and analytics—to thousands of parking operations and millions of consumers; Arrive was formerly a Baird Capital portfolio company.

FlashParking Acquires Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI)

FlashParking, a parking mobility technology company based in Austin, Texas, acquired the Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI), a Connecticut-based parking systems provider. The purchase expands FlashParking's customer base in the U.S. Northeast (approximately 1,600 CSI customers) and transfers most of CSI's team to FlashParking while CSI retains a maintenance business for legacy equipment.

Intellitix Acquires Majority Stake in CrowdBlink

Intellitix Technologies Inc. announced it has acquired a majority stake in CrowdBlink, a mobile-first event management platform offering ticketing, access control, cashless payments and guest engagement. The deal is intended to expand Intellitix’s lightweight event-technology offerings and accelerate CrowdBlink’s product roadmap and global scaling; Jeff Jessamine will remain President of CrowdBlink.
