FLASH Acquires Ticketech

FLASH, the cloud parking and mobility platform provider, has acquired New York City-based Ticketech, a parking technology leader that powers attended valet operations across the NYC metro. The deal brings Ticketech’s ~700 valet locations and digital parking platform into FLASH’s Mobility Hub Operating System to accelerate FLASH’s New York market presence and expand its parking and mobility capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
