FLASH (FlashParking) acquired ParkIt, a cloud-based monthly parking management and accounts-receivable (AR) software solution, and integrated its platform into FlashOS as the Monthly Contract AR Module. The acquisition is a strategic technology move to automate invoicing, reporting and monthly contract parking workflows for parking operators, asset owners and valet services.

FLASH Acquires OmniPark

FLASH, a provider of cloud-based parking and mobility solutions, has acquired OmniPark, a cloud-based parking enforcement and permit management software provider. The acquisition integrates OmniPark’s enforcement technology with FLASH’s payment and parking platform to create a fully digital, enforceable parking solution for ungated and gated surface lots and expand FLASH’s product capabilities for municipalities, airports, universities and private operators.

FLASH Acquires Ticketech

FLASH, the cloud parking and mobility platform provider, has acquired New York City-based Ticketech, a parking technology leader that powers attended valet operations across the NYC metro. The deal brings Ticketech’s ~700 valet locations and digital parking platform into FLASH’s Mobility Hub Operating System to accelerate FLASH’s New York market presence and expand its parking and mobility capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

FlashParking Acquires Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI)

FlashParking, a parking mobility technology company based in Austin, Texas, acquired the Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI), a Connecticut-based parking systems provider. The purchase expands FlashParking's customer base in the U.S. Northeast (approximately 1,600 CSI customers) and transfers most of CSI's team to FlashParking while CSI retains a maintenance business for legacy equipment.

FlashParking Merges with Arrive Mobility

FlashParking, Inc. and Arrive Mobility, Inc. have merged to create an end-to-end touchless digital mobility platform combining FlashParking’s cloud-based mobility hub operating system with Arrive’s demand-management and consumer-facing parking technology. The combined company will provide integrated B2B and B2C parking and mobility solutions—covering wayfinding, reservations, digital payments and analytics—to thousands of parking operations and millions of consumers; Arrive was formerly a Baird Capital portfolio company.

Volaris Group Acquires Flash Networks Ltd

Volaris Group, an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc., has completed its acquisition of Flash Networks Ltd, a provider of network optimization and monetization solutions for telecommunications operators. Flash will operate autonomously within Volaris' Communications & Media vertical, bringing cloud-native SDN/NFV and the Harmony platform to Volaris' portfolio to expand capabilities and customer reach.
