FLASH, a provider of cloud-based parking and mobility solutions, has acquired OmniPark, a cloud-based parking enforcement and permit management software provider. The acquisition integrates OmniPark’s enforcement technology with FLASH’s payment and parking platform to create a fully digital, enforceable parking solution for ungated and gated surface lots and expand FLASH’s product capabilities for municipalities, airports, universities and private operators.

FlashParking Merges with Arrive Mobility

FLASH Acquires Ballparc

The deal brings Ballparc's event parking and enforcement products into FLASH's cloud parking and mobility platform, expanding FLASH's product portfolio and capabilities for sports, entertainment, municipal and campus parking operators.

FLASH Acquires Ticketech

FLASH, the cloud parking and mobility platform provider, has acquired New York City-based Ticketech, a parking technology leader that powers attended valet operations across the NYC metro. The deal brings Ticketech’s ~700 valet locations and digital parking platform into FLASH’s Mobility Hub Operating System to accelerate FLASH’s New York market presence and expand its parking and mobility capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands ACS's systems-integration capabilities and local presence in the Atlanta market as part of its strategy to be a one-stop systems integrator across the Southeast.
