The Kleinfelder Group, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, acquired substantially all of the assets of Garcia and Associates (GANDA) in an asset purchase completed August 24–25, 2020. The acquisition adds environmental planning and permitting capabilities to Kleinfelder’s West Division and expands its presence in California, Hawaii, and Guam.

OnBoard Acquires Govenda to Expand AI Board Governance Capabilities

Indianapolis-based board management software provider OnBoard (parent: Passageways) has acquired Pittsburgh-based Govenda, a board portal and AI-enabled governance platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; Govenda has about 25 employees and roughly 600 customers, and D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Govenda. The deal will combine Govenda's AI capabilities with OnBoard's platform to enhance board governance, analytics, and customer support.

The deal integrates New Innovations' resident and fellow training lifecycle capabilities into QGenda's ProviderCloud platform to streamline accreditation, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations and reimbursement management for hospitals and health systems.

Ardurra Group Acquires Gunda Corporation
