SCF Partners has acquired Titan Group, LLC and its affiliated companies and combined them with SCF's existing portfolio company, Hi‑Tech Industrial Services, LLC, to form Taurus Industrial Group. The combined platform, headquartered in Houston, Texas, will provide integrated E&I, engineering, mechanical, refractory and soft‑craft services to the refining, petrochemical and midstream industries across the US Gulf Coast and Midwest.

Tube Bending Technology Acquires Scarrott Metallurgical Company

Washington Equity Partners’ portfolio company Tube Bending Technology has acquired Scarrott Metallurgical Company, a Los Angeles-based vacuum brazing and heat-treating specialist serving aerospace, defense and space customers. The add-on expands Tube Bending’s vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities (AS9100 and NADCAP certified) and enables greater in‑house production of tube and duct assemblies.

GWS Tool Group Acquires Taurus Tool & Engineering

GWS Tool Group, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners, has acquired Taurus Tool & Engineering, a Batavia, Illinois-based manufacturer of precision custom cutting tools. The transaction is an add-on acquisition that expands GWS's capabilities in high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide hole-making and milling tools for aerospace and automotive applications.

TransTech (Bridge Industries) Acquires Metalforms Ltd.

Bridge Industries LLC, through its TransTech portfolio company and a newly formed subsidiary Metalforms LLC, has acquired Metalforms Ltd., a Beaumont, Texas-based designer and fabricator of TEMA heat exchangers and ASME pressure vessels. The deal expands TransTech's fabrication capacity and Gulf Coast footprint, adding 140,000 ft² of facility space and 14 acres of on-site storage to the platform.
