Cormica Acquires TPM Laboratories (Cherry Hill, NJ)

UK-based Cormica, backed by Limerston Capital, has acquired TPM Laboratories, an independent contract testing laboratory in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The seven-figure, add-on purchase expands Cormica's analytical testing capabilities and establishes its first US presence while TPM's founder, Rupa Iyer, will continue to lead the US operation.
