LABRADOR Group Acquires Argyle from DG3

The LABRADOR Group (Labrador Regulated Information Transparency, Inc.) has acquired Argyle, a U.S.-based investor communications, advisory and design firm, from Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3). The transaction also included DG3's Philippines subsidiary DG3 iDocs, strengthening Labrador's U.S. presence and advisory/ESG design capabilities; terms were not publicly disclosed.
