Lawfront Completes Acquisitions of Giles Wilson and Houldsworth Solicitors

Lawfront announced two completed acquisitions to expand its UK legal services platform: Fisher Jones Greenwood (FJG) acquired Giles Wilson, and Farleys acquired Houldsworth Solicitors. The deals add private client and Lancashire-area capabilities and are expected to lift Lawfront group revenue to approximately £175 million this year.
