LDC Takes Minority Growth Stake in Aspire Technology Solutions

LDC has made a minority growth investment in Aspire Technology Solutions in a deal that values the business at £85 million. The investment will support Aspire's organic growth, acquisition strategy and expansion of its managed IT, cloud and cyber security services across the UK; Aspire employs more than 200 people and recently opened its HQ in Gateshead.
