LDC-backed Aspire Technology Solutions has acquired Glasgow-based managed service provider Cloud Cover IT. The deal expands Aspire's presence in Scotland and will see Cloud Cover IT's software and business applications division rebranded as "Flyte," while integrating the firm's managed services and development capabilities into the Aspire group.
